Description

Severed Limbs was formed already back in 1999 by Rogga Johansson with original Paganizer drummer Jocke Ringdahl, but the history was over after just one rehearsal demo in 1999 and another rehearsal demo in 2005. The second demo rehearsal featured Pagaziner, Ribspreader, Blodsrit drummer Matthias Fiebig. More Severed Limbs would probably never have seen the light of day unless the record label Sevared had asked if Rogga had any new material. Rogga then put together 9 new songs by himself and put together In Each Scenario You Die featuring the nine tracks with all four tracks form the original 2005 demo as bonus. Stylistically the music on “In Each Scenario You Die” is more or less classic Rogga Johansson death metal. Which means old school Swedish death metal and this album could be compared in style with Bloodbaths album Resurrection Through Carnage. The lyrics are all about gore and of course the musicianship is solid and the powerful but still raw production suits the music very well. If you like Roggas other gore acts Bone Gnawer, Ribspreader, The Grotesquery or/and Paganizer you should check this out
