Swedish/Norwegian party rockers Sha-boom debut album 'R.O.C.K' from 1988 sold an amazing 120 000 copies and the band were huge in Sweden with three big hits getting radio play all the time. Sweet's Andy Scott had been acting producer on their debut and when it was time to record the semaphore album the band hired Andy Scott again. This time the band also included Ole Evenrude on backing vocals and the band also got Roxette/Gyllene Tider mainman and hit maker Per Gessle to write tracks for the band. Gessle wrote the title track ‘Lets Party’ that was another major hit with sales reaching above 20 000 copies. The band had an amazing three years with heavy work and major touring and after the ‘Lets Party’ tour the band took a break that lead to a split up.
