Description
Limited double album with one bonus track Grindcore legends Terrorizer, once again spearheaded by legendary drummer Pete Sandoval (Morbid Angel), are back with the beastly new full-length "Hordes of Zombies". A massive riff avalanche, "Hordes Of Zombies" blazes a merciless path of sonic destruction through the genre they helped to create over 20 years ago. This album also sees the return to the fold of bassist/vocalist David Vincent (Morbid Angel) which ensures that Terrorizer is as vital as the band was so many years ago. Don’t ask if the album is as great as World Downfall because it aint and no album put out by this guys will ever be at that level again. ‘Hordes Of Zombies’ is a massive album, solid, fast and aggressive thanks to the combined efforts of Pete ‘the feet’ Sandoval and Katina Culture. Pete is back with his Blast beats and insane double bass and it is great hearing him play drums again although the lack of diversity in his playing on this record tells me that he is not at 100% yet. Katina Culture does a good job playing guitar providing fast riffs which have a more thrash feel than compared to Pintado's guitar playing but does a good job nonetheless. David Vincent is back on the bass but you can't hear his bass at all and Anthony Rezhawk does an ok job with the vocals. Track listing: 1. Intro 2. Hordes of Zombies 3. Ignorance and Apathy 4.
