Rare Japan only album with OBI-strip Dutch Metal band Vengeance, based in Waalwijk, North Brabant, was snapped up by CBS Records after company A&R men witnessed their debut gig in 1983. The group had formed earlier that year following guitarist Anthony Arjen Lucassen's departure from the ranks of Bodine. The group released four albums during the 80s (their self-titled debut album in 1984, We Have Ways To Make You Rock in 1986, Take It Or Leave It in 1987 and Arabia in 1989). Vocalist Leon Goewie left in 1990 to be replaced with British vocalist Ian Parry, formerly a member of Airrace. The band however wouldn’t release any full length album with Parry on vocals before they called it a day in 1994. However six songs with Parry on vocals appeared on the compilation album, 'The Last Teardrops 1984-1992' and this Japanese only album released in 1994 also includes material recorded with Parry.
