Helter Skelter was a German glam band formed from the ashes of Vamp who were from Munich. The quartet of Chris, Cassy, Ricky and Fredl were probably inspired by Motley Crue. They wore totally bizarre clothes, were overly madeup also having outlandish hair styles that was so common at the end of the 80s. They released a single and this one and only album, Welcome To The World Of Helter Skelter, back in 1988. The album features a lot of simple melodies but sometimes the music becomes just as hilarious as their image. Still there are some good ideas and some tracks leaves a lasting hum on your mind.
