Description
Double album on purple vinyls with gatefold cover and two bonus tracks. Limited 150 copies
Motorhead recorded at the last Motorhead concert ever which took place at the Max-Schmeling Hall in Berlin on the 11th of December 2015 with Saxon as support. It was quite obvious as soon as Bomber came out of the Marshall amps that rock n roll legend Lemmy had become frail. He had been in the fast lane of music for more than 40 years and he wanted to mobilize his power and give his all but already by Metropolis, he had problems to sing. Phil Campbell had hurt his leg but tried to move around the stage at the Max-Schmeiling-Halle and Mikkey Dee was as unstoppable as ever. His arms and sticks was everywhere and brought the horse safely home when Lemmys voice was barely audible. Motorhead were the kings of the road. This was what they loved and the fans loved them for it. No other band will go down in history like Motorhead. When Lemmy partly slouched said good-bye to his fans with a slightly bowed voice this evening it would be for the last time.
