Description
2013 re-issue with Roots Of Evil EP as bonus
Besatt’s second studio album and it proves once more that Poland is a never ending well of raw Black Metal diamonds! Straight, Satanic and hateful black metal with influences from the second wave of Norwegian black metal and first wave black metal bands such as Celtic Frost and Bathory. The band’s sound is an unholy combination of its influences buzzsaw guitar sound, typical black metal shriek and a lo-fi production. The album is hateful, is sadistic and vicious, every song prays Satan and his legions, but Besatt havent forget to compose great and memorable songs to their antichristian lyrics. All of this basically means that this album is representative of its style. It could also mean that the album is very cliche. It all depends on the listener and their enjoyment of this particular style of black metal. However if you love this style then you will love this album too as i think this might be their strongest album. So if you want to check out any Besatt album then check out this unknown gem.
