Description
A poster featuring a picture taken at Skansen in Stockholm on Friday the 28th of May 1976. This was Kiss first trip to Sweden and they had already done their first show in Gothenburg at Scandinavium in front of 3000 people on the 26th of May. The second show would be the now legendary Gröna Lund show in Stockholm on Friday the 28th of May in front of 16 000 people. But earlier that afternoon the band had been taken on a journey to Skansen to be photographed for the Swedish pop magazine Poster. This was never leaked to the fans so Kiss could walk around in full costumes among elks, goats and ducks pretty undisturbed. The photos from this Skansen session was taken by the American Kiss photographer Barry Levine who had followed the band over for these European dates. It was Barry Levine who later released the photo book The Kiss Years. Size approx 40 x 60 cm
