This is an interesting little since it includes 2 new tracks and 3 newly recorded cover, recorded just for this album. The new tracks are cool and sounds just like Dew-Scented shall sound but its on the B-side where covers are that the band really shines. Not only have the band picked out some obscure tracks to re-record and all every single goddamn one of these covers is amazing. They’re diverse, ranging from slow and menacing (The Storm) to balls-out mean, fast thrashers (Sadistic Sinner). The best ones, if I had to pick, would be “No Spiritual Surrender”, with it’s awesome drum intro and slow, deliberate feel, and “The Storm”, because it’s so aweseome. So buy this album if you are a fan of Dew-Scented, if you are interested in checking them out, or if you like any kind of death or thrash metal.
