Their second album Powergames had opened up so many doors for the band and they had been touring a lot and during the tours the band didn’t got any time to work on new songs. The two first albums had sold more than the company expected and they were already asking for a new album and had booked new studio time. The band was not just tired from the touring they were also facing the fact that they were going into the studio with no new material at all. The band had to face the fact that they had to write and record at the same time something they hadn’t done before. This meant that Mind Over Muscle took much longer to get done then the two previous ones. The first single to be released was Its Nice To Be A King and it was backed up by an exclusive remixed version (with explosions) of the track Firefall from Powergames.
