Recorded live a the La Rotonde Du Bourget in Paris France on the 4th of December 1982. The band were supported with Y&T during this part of the European For Those About To Rock Tour. The opening act bursts onto the stage and attack the audience with some muscular and melodious American rock from the Black Tiger album period. They have great sound, great lights and their songs and musicianship are well performed and its just a matter of taste. They impress some people while it obvious that part of the attendances think all American are soft posers and prefer their music harder and greasier. The roadies are throwing bottles of water into the crowd. Its super hot in the venue even if its early in December. 9:00 P.M. And the lights go out, the bell rings and not you need to be prepared. The crowd goes wild and not just the ones in the front. The whole venue starts jumping and moving and people are thrown around and cant no longer control its movements, they are tossed around like never before, friends and partners are being lost int his human washing machine. Its the total apocalypse, the front crowd are far left at one part and just a few second later their in front of the right hand of the stage. And all this happens while the band has entered the stage with a titanic sound. Malcolm, Cliff and Phil delivers the solid rhythm that are the backbone of the band while Brian screams and sings while Angus goes crazy. He is all over the place while still being able to play with such passion and groove. For the next 90 minutes the pressure in the audience never lets go, The fans are screaming the choruses, hands in the air making the devil sign while getting bruised by elbows and the guards are evacuating the youngest, the smallest and the girls. The crowd seems to be furious, their clothes are full of sweat and even their jeans are soaked. Everyone sings The Jack and after the last cannons goes off during the encore For Those About To Rock we can see and smell the show while ears are ringing. The front barriers are totally twisted after the pressure of the crowd the whole venue smells of sweat, cigarettes and burnt Marshall amps. Bodies are sore and exhausted but most people leave the venue fulfilled, happy and just being proud to have witness and epic performance.
