Accept from the town of Solingen, originally assembled in the early 1970s, played such a huge part of the German teutonic metal scene and opened doors for heavy and speed acts suchs as Helloween, Running Wild, Grave Digger, Sinner, and Rage. But it was their 1983 album, Balls To The Wall, that would get the bands sales skyrockiting over the whole world. It became their most successful release and it was the album that opened up the American market for the band as well. The following tour saw the band touring Usa for the first time, the first gig taking place in Salt Lake City on the 5th of February 1984. The tour would also help the album to sell even more and its their only album to have become certified gold in both United States and Canada. This album was recorded during that tour namely at the Agora Ballroom in Cleveland, Ohio on the 27th of March 1984. Great to hear a show from this legendary tour in the Accept history and a gig when they are out supporting the excellent Balls To The Wall album.
