Ad Baculum from Salvador, Bahia in Brazil started back in 2010 and has been quite productive with a new album on average every other year. The Birth Of Human Tagedy was released in 2019 and if youre not aware this band features Lord Hades on vocas, the same guy who performed vocals on the album Wicca byu Mystifier. Ad Baculum follows the musical traditions of their country and play that kind of South American black metal that were made in Brazil a long time ago. The songs are quite short and straight to the point and its almost remarkable how they manage to still sound furious without really bringing in that much speed to their music. Lovers of Mystifier, Sarcophagus, Vulcan and Impurity will probably like this act
