The Tower closes the trilogy the band started back in 2014 with When Empires Fall and it a great ending to the story. Its on of the stronger albums with well executed tunes with some great riffs. Ancient Empire is a classic heavy metal band from San Francisco and member Joe Liszt has been playing with acts such as Hellhound and Shadowkiller as well. There are some short and straight on tracks such as Yesterdays Hero, The Battle Of Stirling Bride and View From Up Here while some tracks goes into the longer epic metal style. This makes the album very interesting and if youre into pure heavy metal then you should check this out.
