Zombies in Riverdale

The biggest comic book crossover in history, in one essential volume! Two of the most iconic groups in pop culture meet for the first time as the rock-fueled demons of Kiss crash-land in Riverdale, home to America’s favorite teenager, Archie Andrews. When one of Sabrina the Teenage Witch’s spells goes awry and summons forth a gang of dangerous monsters bent on turning the people of Riverdale into mindless zombies, what can Archie, Jughead, Reggie, Kevin Keller, and Betty and Veronica do to save their town? Enter Kiss: The Demon, Starchild, Catman, and Spaceman, four supernatural heroes with their sights set on the frightening invaders and their mysterious weapon, the Dynasty Amulet. Lately, Archie and the Riverdale gang have done some crazy things. They met the Glee class in another dimension and now Kiss crosses over into Riverdale. The story of Sabrina’s spell casting being interrupted and four teen monsters crossing over with Kiss is purely enjoyment for Archie fans. It takes a nod to Archies Weird Mystery comic and cartoon. It is a wonderful Archie universe with Kiss and the Archies save Riverdale as you expect it to be at the end. Archie Meets Kiss is bizarre cuteness and really fun to read. Alex Segura is a novelist, comic book writer and musician. He is the author of the best-selling and critically acclaimed Archie Meets Kiss storyline and graphic novel. Alex has also written two crime novels and performs regularly in New York as part of the indie rock group Faulkner Detectives. He lives in New York with his fiancée and is the Executive Director of Publicity and Marketing at Archie Comics. Prior to Archie, Alex worked at DC Comics, The Miami Herald, Wizard Magazine and has seen his work published in Publisher’s Weekly, The Miami Herald, The Sun-Sentinel, Time Out Kids and Crimespree Magazine.
