Description

Stylistically the Canadians in Augury has shifted towards an exciting mix of technical death metal, melodic-symphonic black and introverted proggy bits. This results in a unique sound within metal that finds all the support it needs in the thick yet transparent mix by F-F Dagenais (Kataklysm). A new label and a whole new batch of opportunities for Augury, hopefully we will not have to wait such a long time for the next album. ‘Fragmentary Evidence’ includes guest vocal appearances by Sven De Caluwe (Aborted) Syriak and Leilindel (Unexpected), Youri Raymond (Cryptospy), Sebastien Croteau (Necrotic Mutation), Filip Ivanovic (Agony) and Eric Fiset (Nervous Impulse).
