Autopsys final album ‘Shitfun’ was released in 1995 and its without a doubt their most disturbing album of their career. Its a sick album with more punk influences then on their earlier album but the sickness is done with a lot of humor. The album is extremely raw and dark. The guitar sound is fucking disgusting and heavy as hell. Chris's vocals are so raw and gross it is upsetting. Tracks such as ‘The Birthing’ and ‘Praise the Children’ are unbelievably downtrodden and depressing, and give the listener a dose of Autopsy's ungodly doom. You couldn't ask for anything dirtier. ‘Maim Rape Kill Rape’ is disturbing to no end and there is not a goddamned thing funny about it. Just pure sickness. The mix of the vocals and the music sounds as if it was being recorded as they were actually destroying a human. If you want sick, you got it. This album mixes every element of Autopsy's catalog as well as a preview of where they were headed with Abscess. But make no mistake this is the heaviest album Autopsy ever did. ‘No More Hate’ and ‘Humiliate your Corpse’ are utterly devastating. Coralles' guitar tone on this release rivals the darkest and doomiest ever. The ending to this album comes in a slab of noise/blackness entitled ‘Excremental Ecstasy’.
