Bastard Noise’s caveman electronics, vocals, and atmospheric sounds versus The Slasher Film Festival Strategy’s minimalist film-score inspiration (a solo project founded by Christopher Ashley in 1996). Bastard Noise sounds is normally ranging from heavy rock forms to power electronics to full on noise. And some tracks on here really is as much as I can take. Slasher Film Festival Strategy music is much easier to digest. Normally its creepy synth music that takes you back to the horror and sci-fi movies of the 80s, just check out their debut album, but this time it feels like the label have picked out the tracks that shows the more experimental side of the band to fit better with the music that Bastard Noise creates.
