2015 re-issue of the legendary Swedish black death metal cult Bloodstone. This is the classic “Hour Of The Gate” album, produced by Tomas Skogsberg. Bloodstone played blackened death metal, in a style roughly comparable to that of their fellow Swedes Necrophobic. This is a compilation of this band’s two demos: “Hour Of The Gate” demo and “Branded At The Threshold Of The Damned” demo. The album is designed after the original 1996 Burn Records release, featuring original cover artwork, taking elements from the original layout with attention to detail, even down to the logo and typeface for a touch of nostalgia. Also included are unpublished classic band photos, flyers and brand new liner notes from original founding member and guitarrist Michael Samuelsson. Additionally, a Japanese-style OBI-Strip will be included. Limited 1000 copies
