If you’re looking for one weird Childrens Christmas record then this is it. Why someone decides to make a Christmas record about a Bacillus family would have been interesting to hear. This family celebrates Christmas in their own way, The two bacillus is Hillbert, performed by Bo Waldersten, and Sillmull, performed by Liza Öhman, and they performs with Smurf voices and has a Childrens choir from Stuvsta to their help. Bo Waldersten was a Swedish multi instrumentalist that started out as a trumpet player when rock n roll came to Sweden in the 50s. He performed with Mikael Rickfors in the Bamboo. Liza Öhman was one of the most used female backing vocalists during the late 70s up to the 90s. She toured with Abba, Carola, Björn and Benny’s Chess arena tour and recorded with artists such as Björn Skifs, Harpo and Ted Gärdestad. She also performed at the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest in 1980 and released her one and only solo album later that year. She was awarded in February 1981 with a Rockbjörnen as Sweden’s best female artist of the year 1980.
