The Never Ending Tour is the popular name for Bob Dylan’s endless touring schedule since June 7, 1988. The 1994 part of the tour started with eleven concerts in Japan and was also labelled Far East Tour 1994. This double album was recorded on the 7th night of the tour at Kyushu Koseinenkin Kaikan at Kokura, Japan on the 14th of February. Dylans touring musicians for these gigs were Bucky Baxter, John Jackson, Tony Garnier and Winston Watson. Dylan decided to change 6 songs compared to the previous show at Osaka on the 12th of February. Like for many of the Japanese dates the audience were quite enthusiastic but also were respectfully quiet during the songs. Common for Japanse well behaved concerts visitors but quite a change from some other dates during the 1994 tour. Bob is in fine voice, and the set contains a few gems. The album also features 5 bonus tracks recorded in Urawa Japan four days later
