Brighter Death Now is the brainchild of Roger Karmanik, the intellectual deviant also responsible for the excellent but oft maligned Cold Meat Industry record label. Mr. Karmanik’s bastard spawn fall at the Power Electronic/Death Industrial end of the CMI spectrum. The Pain In Progress album is a compilation featuring two recordings originally released on two distinct Pain in Progress cassettes. The first 7-track Pain In Progres cassette was released under the pseudonym Bomb The Daynursery while the second tape,also with 7-tracks, was released under the Brighter Death Now name. Harsh noisy gore, sickly ambience, and horror-ridden death industrial scrapes and hisses this should please all Cold Meat Industry lovers
