Description
Boudreaux is vocalist Chris Boudreaux solo project after Soldier and The Take, as well as the whole American melodic hardrock and hair metal era had fallen apart. So the Boudreaux material were recorded in 1993 and 1994. Chris musical taste hadnt changed and even if his surrounding had changed into a grunge world he insisted to go into a studio to record some great American melodic hardrock tracks in the best late 80s style. Boudreaux recorded the album Fallen Angel in 1994 and Chris has continued to record material after that and has now released two solo albums under his full name Chris Boudreaux, Who Made Who and Beside Myself that features material from his entire career. On his solo material we find guests such as Nat Kerr (The Stand), Rick Witkowski (Crack The Sky), Frank Aresti (Fates Warning), Erik Nelson (Vektor) and several others. This features some great uptempo melodic 80s rockers ala Firehouse and some groovier heavy numbers ala Skid Row or Every Mothers Nightmare.
