Clockwork Soldiers was a punk Oi band from Leicester, England that was formed in the end of 1983. . Start at the end of 1983. The band debuted with the Wet Dreams EP in 1984 that were followed by two demos in 1984 and 1985. However in 1985 the band were tired ot he constant problems that appeared as soon they were going to perform live and fell apart. Vocalist Mark Timmo Timson then went on to form the Oi! Act The Glory. About their debut single Jeff Bale wrote the following in Maximum Rock N Roll fanzine issue 14 back in June of 1984: The title song is an hilarious trashing of the Everly Brothers classic All I Have To Do Is Dream, with altered X-rated lyrics. The flip contains one slow, tuneless Oi cut (In The Name Of Science) and a much better speedier number (Suicide). The production is absurdly muddy, and the B-side label has the wrong song order.
