Crossing Death a Mexican death metal act formed in Tampico, Tamaulipas back in 1989. The band went on hiatus in 1995 but were resurrected back in 2015 and are quite active now again. Sunday the 27th of October in 1991 were quite an important date for the band as it was the last day in the studio session that would become the One Life Is Not Enough album, released in 1992. This album would become the first ever heavy metal album to be released on cd in the State of Tamaulipas. This is considered a Mexican death metal classic, and copies of the original 1992 press sells for plenty of dollars, but it should also please thrash metal fans as there are influences from bands such as Slayer, Sacrilege and Destruction. There are also technical riffs and mid tempo parts like Coroner. It doesn’t say inside the booklet, if the music on here has been remastered or not but judging by the quality i would guess that it has been taken more or less from the original demo. Anyway Latin American metal fans should grab this quick as even this re-issue are rising in value
