Dangerous Toys were one of those bands that tried in earnest (and vain) to flex with the ever-changing musical landscape that was the ’90s. They started out in the hair field during the late ’80s with many of their contemporaries (Jackyl, Poison, Trixter), and their brand of sleazy metal with a tinge of Southern sleaze endeared them to many a cult fan’s heart. Their two hit singles, “Teas’n, Pleas’n” and “Scared,” gained the band a rabid following and helped the album go gold. This compilation features live versions of the two hit singles as well as their final studio recordings from the mid-90s.
