Imagine two dark stories that were born in prehistoric times and that end in a future in which death via the vacuum of space is a means of torture. In one, the Devil of all things. In the other, prayer for the goddess of war. Decadanse is an album mixing classic styles of extreme metal (doom, black, death) surrounded by a dark and cosmic blue aura, which stands close to the greats of the genre like Aborym and Dodsheimgard. The amount of styles to be found here is endless. Deha, of course, masters every single one of them and transitions from one any other completely seamlessly. 45 minutes of a trance-like, hypnotising music. Deha delivers here a mature, varied, unique album: a visit card of the multiple facets of the musician, but also as a producer. Fast, incisive, powerful, epic, a fist in the air towards the heavens… and then comes the dance of the dead. Well, it’s some fucked up music.
