Description

Dira Mortis was formed in Poland back in 1998 by Leszek Makowiecki (guitar, bass, vocals) and Krzysztof Karpiński (drums). They debuted with the Revulsion demo in 2001, that good very good reviews and got compared to bands such as Asphyx and Grave. After some more EP releases the band were put on hold due to line-up problems. In 2009 the band reformed in a completely new line-up with Leszek (guitar), Vaginathor (vocal), Vizun (drums) and Mscislaw (bass) and recorded the mini album “The Cult Of The Dead”. This is brutal death metal compared to bands like Autopsy, Incantation, Krabathor and Sadistic Intent.
