Description

For 7 years the band project Folkearth has released 8 full-length albums including the acoustic Songs Of Yore. Their ninth album Sons Of The North was released in April of 2011. Sons Of The North includes some veterans of the project as well as some new musicians, 15 musicians from 10 different countries (Greece, France, Germany, Monaco, Lithuania, USA, Argentina, Italy, Poland, Croatia) took part in the creation of the recording. The musicians are members of such bands as Dol Amroth, Folkodia, Black Knight Symfonia, Hildr Valkyrie, Vroudenspil and Erlandvolk. As usual the album features many old authentically musical instruments like violin, cello, accordion to give the album the unique flavour
