2018 re-issue with 3 bonus live tracks and a bonus dvd

The Brazilian blackened death metal band Goatpenis has found a formula of war metal that works very well and are a lot more dynamic and interesting than other war metal bands. Their fifth album, Apocalypse War, was released in 2016 and its even better than their excellent Flesh Consumed On The Battlefield. Apocalypse War is a concept album, with each song about an officer in Apocalypse Now, a concept that actually works pretty well, they even make Harrison Ford’s nerdy character seem badass with Colonel Lucas. A cool idea performed in an anti-human black metal way. The bonus dvd was recorded at the fifth edition of the Brazilian Ritual Festival in Belo Horizonte on the 18th of November 2017
