Godhate is hardly a new act. They were formed back in 1991 originally under the name of Throneaeon but the band decided to change name after their 2003 album that had the title, Godhate. In March of 2005 they released their debut EP, Anguish including four tracks that were recorded at the Fast Forward studio. Fans of Thronaeon know what to expect this debut is extreme in sound, power and theme. The vocals are anger filled, the riffs are burning and the percussion is pure blood boiling rage. If you are not offended by an anti-christian theme and are in full support of bringing down the religious mainstream plus do not mind hellish blasting sounds ripping through your entire being, possibly destroying what is left of your hearing then you will love this album. This is death metal as it is supposed to sound
