Let The Fire Reign Through

The Swedish death metal act Grand Cadaver might have been born recently, but the band’s style is anchored in the nineties Old School Death Metal. Its obvious that death metal flows through their veins, and that their riffs fed with dirt, grease and heavy metal is still as effective as it was back then. Dark Tranquillity’s Mikael Stannes screaming vocals are perfect for such a direct style as old school death metal. The first taster from their 2021 album, Into The Maw Of Death, is the Reign Through Fire single. That title track is such a killer tune and the opening riff will send shivers down your spine and when Stanne starts to grunt your skin will crawl. Its such a great tune with amazing riffs, decay and dismay. Do you need another reason to buy this single then its the B-side tune. Its a cover version of the Nihilist / Entombed tune Supposed To Rot that the band wanted to record to honor the late LG Petrov (RIP). This track is exclusive for this single. Now you know what to do.
