2018 remixed version and with 3 new tracks and a remixed version of the Japan bonus track

Swedens Grand Design is one of the more interesting melodic hard rock bands that have come out of this country the last years. This is a band that takes the best of AOR and hardrock like big choruses and huge production but most of all memorable songs. They have been called Swedens answer to Def Leappard and its easy to undestand why. Arena style anthems and a singer that has more than one similarity with Joe Elliott. Hard to belive how fast time travels and the band are already on their their fifth studio album. Viva La Paradise, released earlier in 2018, and then released in December the same year in a special mission version, meaning a new mix. Guitarist Janne Stark on the new version: I must say I’m really happy with Pelle’s new re-mix. Not that the first version was not great, but we’ve had some complaints his vocals were a bit low in the mix. That has been rectified and he also took a different angle on the overall sound, which opened it up a bit more and made it a bit more ambient. Plus, the new tracks are actually really good. So if you love melodies in your hard rock and would like Def Leppard to have more steriods in their music then you will love Grand Design. Enjoy this great album in an even greater version
