Groucho was a Swedish rock act formed in Hallefors in the middle of the 90s. The band took their name from the famous comedian Groucho Marx and they added a country taste to their rock music. They released two albums (Self titled 1998, Brand New Antiques 2001) with two different singers and they performed live on both Swedish Radio and TV during their active years but a few years into the new millennium they called it a day. Ten years later they started to do sporadic reunion shows locally with their original singer Ulf Alared. Both albums were released on the small Blaze Records, based in Karlskoga, and have become rather hard to find
