Hail Of Bullets debut album ‘Of Frost And War’ was well received. So when Martin van Drunen (Asphyx, ex-Pestilence/Bolt thrower) on vocals, Theo van Ekelen (ex-Houwitser) on bass, Ed Warby (Gorefest) behind the drumkit and the two Thanatos guitarists Paul Baayens and Stephan Gebedi release the follow up ‘On Divine Winds’ then the death metal world holds its breath. ‘On Divine Winds’ shows that there’s really nothing that can stop this band. This is another massive chunk of war-themed death metal once again produced by Ed Warby and Dan Swano. Singer/lyricist Martin van Drunen managed to come up with a new, intriguing concept: The rise and fall of the Japanese Empire.
