Spanish heavy metal band Hamlet was formed in Madrid in 1987. The band started out as a pure hard rock/heavy metal outfit that after the first demo got signed to Vulcano records for the mini album Hamlet in 1991 and the first full length debut album Peligroso in 1992. After these two vinyls the band switched style and became a more hardcore/groovy metalcore act. The first two albums however are great 80s metal with lots of attitude and are recommended if youre into bands like Angeles Del Infierno and/or Baron Rojo. If you adore Hamlets albums from 1994 and forward then stay away from this. This is in a sense the same way as the old Pantera albums, the band never mention them and its not even on their website. I on the other hand would prefer these two albums before any of the later ones. You have been recommended or warned it depends on your taste. This is pure Spanish heavy metal.
