Description

Skärvor is the second album from the atmospheric black metal one man project Harmdaud formed by Andreas Stenlund from TME and Mors Osculi. Its easy to get impressed by Mr Stenlund when listening to this album. He really knows what he’s doing, all instruments sounds perfect both in performance and in sound and he has put a lot of effort into the arrangements. Harmdaud comes from the same town as Vintersorg and when going through Stenlunds history you will find that he was Vintersorgs live guitarist during their 2001 and 2002 shows, Vintersorg also produced Harmdauds debut album and shows up on this second album too, this time he lay down some clean singing on two of the tracks on the albums. All tracks on Skärvor are sang in their native language Swedish so its easy to recommend people who are heavily into Vintersorgs music to check this one out too even though it feels more straight-forward than Vintersorg.
