Norwegian viking black metal act Helheims 2006 The Journeys And The Experiences Of Death featuers some bombastic viking black metal, much inspired by the likes of Enslaved and Einherjer, later elaborating into a style of their own. One of the highlights are the track Oaken Dragons. Its an elaborated song with its slowest tempo but with tons of atmosphere. But also the fact that we have several singers on the song makes it so special. Guest vocalist are Root vocalist Jiri Valter and Marius Lynghjem from Corvine.
