Very rare original first pressing on Heathendoom Music

Swedish death metal act Insisions first ‘big’ release was this mini album The Dead Live On and its certainly special. These Swedes has a totally non-Swedish sound and they sure know how to play their music; Fast, foul, furious and heavy. Despite the short length of the whole album (5 tracks and just under 10 minutes) it’s certainly a release worth your while. Johan Thornberg does a great job on the vocals (especially on the last part of Exaggerated Torment) but his high-pitched screams lack a bit of power. All the instruments are very clearly distinguishable and the riffing by Jonas is very simple but powerful and effective, and one of the biggest improvements from their earlier demo releases are the guitar solos. All those who just want to listen to a great Death Metal release should consider picking this mini album up. You won’t be disappointed!
