The Lick It Up tour was Kiss most successful tour until the 1996 reunion. The interest in Kiss in Sweden was enormous at this time. When they got there in November of 1983 they participated in no less than 4 Swedish TV Shows; Barnjournalen, Norrsken, Rapport and Norrsken again. This strictly limited double cd edition features two versions of the shows Kiss did in Gothenburg on the 18th of November 1983. First out is the complete show from the Master tapes while the other version is the one taken from the original The Tickler vinyl lp. With Eric Carr and Vinnie Vincent in the band and two of their heaviest albums in the bag; Creatures Of The Night and Lick It Up, the band really felt reborn. To see and hear so much material from these two albums as well as some old hits on the set list is nothing but a pure pleasure. Any show from this tour is a must have for any serious Kiss collector
