Fans call their music drinking-metal or party-metal as they write cheerful, fun-loving folk songs that are undeniably catchy. On Manala (‘Underworld’ in English), however, they focus on a more serious tone, particularly the Finnish national epic Kalevala. Manala is the realm of the dead and these songs concern a shamanistic hero who travels there in search of knowledge about the dead.
