Description

Double album on black vinyls with gatefold cover

Love’s classic album, Forever Changes, captured live at The Royal Festival Hall, London In 2003. Originally released in 1967, Love’s Forever Changes is a classic. It constantly appears on critics lists of the Top Ten albums of all time and it’s fusion of folk-rock and psychedelia has influenced a generation of musicians. In January 2003, Arthur Lee returned to London to perform Forever Changes in it’s entirety at the Royal Festival Hall. Following years in the wilderness, the gigs marked the start of an unlikely and remarkable comeback and Arthur Lee could not have lived the last years of his life any better than performing in the UK where he was loved, and with a group of dedicated Love fans and top rank musicians. The gigs were instantly regarded by critics as truly outstanding, matching the quality and importance of the original work. This live album is a delight from start to finish, not only is it a tremendous recording; enthusiastic and talented band; great tunes and Arthur Lee sounding great, but this recording even seems more dynamic than the original studio album. If youre a fan of Love then this is very highly recommended.
