After the single Seven Inches For The Second Attack, Metal Inquisitor soon got a deal. Their debut album The Apparition is already released, but nobody should miss this little jewel. The fact that a small label like Iron Glory Records has not much money for advertising, tours, etc. leads to much word-of-mouth recommendation to get the bands more famous. And Metal Inquisitor are really good. The album contains 10 songs, which won’t conquer the whole world at all, but please all fans of the NWOBHM era. The guys are refreshing and every note shows the fun, they have. One can really say: an album from fans for fans. The songs are absolutely not complex, but also not too simple; I think you can call it a punch into the solar plexus with a bittersweet laughing. They are somewhere between old Iron Maiden and Tank and songs like the fast Run For Your Life, the great Daze Of Avalon, or Bernado Gui, which is dedicated to the movie The Name Of The Rose
