The album embodies many emotions and by extension holds a song for everyone. Platinum is commercial, yes, but something about it beckons that it is far from ordinary. What makes Platinum particularly special is Miranda’s ability to combine dark wit with some truly evocative lyrics. Overall Platinum is a wonderful album and I would recommend to anyone, particularly lovers of country music and rock n roll. Super awesome.
