Description

Ascension is a split album that brings together two masters of ambient and ritualistic black metal. Canada’s Neige Et Noirceur contributes their signature blend of freezing drone and industrial-tinged darkness, evoking the vast, snowy desolation of a winter night. Complementing this, Daughters Of Sophia offers a more psychedelic and transcendental approach to extreme metal, focusing on deep atmosphere and esoteric themes. Together, these two entities create a seamless sonic journey through mystical landscapes and spiritual transcendence. This release is an essential piece for collectors of atmospheric black metal who value experimental song structures and a truly immersive, otherworldly listening experience.
