Netherbird is a Swedish name that in the beginning featured several big names from the underground scene; Adrian Erlandsson (At The Gates, The Haunted), Janne Saarenpää (The Crown) and Daniel ‘Mojo Moilanen (Katatonia). Their debut album, The Ghost Collector. Features material recorded during the period of 2005 to 2008 but it testifies the vision that Netherbird had from the beginning and which in later years would be praised by both the press and listeners. This is melodic yet extreme and if you prefer melodic symphonic black metal with harsh vocals then this is worth checking out.
