Disc 1: Nifelheim
This masterpiece of satanic black metal fury should need no introduction. Drawing their influence from classic and primitive black metal pioneers such as Sodom, Bathory and Hellhammer, Nifelheim stood in contrast to the second wave of black metal primarily done in the Norwegian style that was flourishing at the time Nifelheim released its self-titled debut album in 1995. With guitar work from John Zwetsloot (Dissection/Cardinal Sin/Haunted).

Disc 2: Devils Force
Devil’s Force retains the same traditional thrashing black metal style but also incorporates a frenetic insanity only rivalled by the Brazilian death metal masters such as Vulcano and Sarcofago. This album reaches and maintains a level of intensity that few black metal bands have ever attained. Dissections main man Jon Nodtveidt as guest guitarist.

Disc 3: Servants Of Darkness
Servants Of Darkness is the third full-length from Nifelheim. This album will probably put you in a state of shock. This record rocks like the devil fucking a flamethrower while careening down an iced mountain in a Greyhound bus. Slayer, Iron, Maiden, Bathory, Venom and all these glorious eastern metal bands, it’s all mixed into one giant bag here. The playing is tight and militant, the vocals are scathing as razors and the production is tight as a drum. I’d even say that these guys are what Venom would have been had they went to music school and actually worshipped Satan! Marching…evil…deadly…these boys really DO have it all. These third album shows us that Nifelheim are among the elite of the genre. A must have.

Disc 4: Envoy Of Lucifer
One of the very few accepted “old school” black metal bands. During the years the bands cult status have heen growing more and more thanks to the bands totally uncompromising and unique sound and attitude. The fourth studio album “Envoy of Lucifer” is not polluted by any modern influences from the awful 1990s or shitty present decade, and once again even darker and more aggressive then ever before!! Total Death!!! Buy or fuck off !!!!
