Ballads Of The Eclipse is a dual disc re-issue of Nightwish Sleeping Sun single. Sleeping Sun was written by Tuomas Holopainen and dedicated to the solar eclipse that arose on the European sky in 1999. The single is backed up with the songs Walking In The Air, Angels Fall First and Swanheart together with 3 dvd videos. The dvd side includes two live videos and the original promo video for Sleeping Sun with a red haired Tarja. This video includes many landscape characteristics of Finland, for example the forests, the beaches and a large grain field.
