Nuclear Holocaust from Swidnik in Poland have a name that sounds like they would be a furious thrash metal act but thats wrong. This is a band that are even more extreme than thrash this is grindcore with a death metal touch. The Book Of Doom album features 8 new songs recorded in Lublin in 2019 for this album while the other 8-tracks added is from the split album the band did with Expurgo back in 2019. This split was only released on vinyl back then so its nice to have them as bonus on this album. The vocals goes from death growls to core throat lacerations with both barking and vomiting sounds. Their new tracks is heavier in sound while the earlier tracks feels more intense. Sometimes comparable to Nasum’s Helvete while at other times sounds like Napalm Death did at their Fear Emptiness Despair era while never being as good as these mentioned albums. If youre into reckless music then this ones for you.
