Nuclear Warfare is a German thrash metal act that has been thrasing around since 2001. Their fourth album Lobotomy was released in August of 2020 and if you like your thrash metal to be full on in your face and take no prisoners then this is the band and album from you. This is old school thrash where some songs have a punk vibe. It’s heavy, it’s fast, it’s gnarly, and quite a bit dirty sounding. You will find some fast picked tremolo riffs, as well chunky power chords, and powerful muted riffs, and great bass parts, the bass almost being used as a rhythm guitar. The vocals sometimes sounds like Araya others like Gerre or Schmier and huge names like this is always an awesome thing for thrash metal.
